We have partnered with Honeywell HomMed and their Health Monitoring System to help individuals lead a healthy life. The Health Monitoring System allows us to know patients’ health status each day and better manage their care.

This device not only provides patients with a sense of security knowing our clinicians are monitoring their health status daily but it also reduces preventable ER visits and hospitalizations. It educates, encourages and motivates individuals to take better care of themselves and lead a healthier lifestyle.

Aquatic Therapy Ultrasound – for patients who need decreased weight/load bearing, perfect for patients with Fibromyalgia, MS, Stroke, Balance disorders, upper and lower extremity dysfunction and more.
Electrical Stimulation – benefits include: pain relief, edema reduction, muscle stimulation for muscle contration and relaxation and increased blood flow.
Low Vision
Balance & Beyond – Our rehabilitation team assesses and treats patients with gait and balance disorders.
Vital Stim (for Dysphagia) – to treat dysphagia when used in combination with traditional Speech Therapy to strengthen muscles, restore function and help the brain “re-map” swallowing at an accelerated pace.
Nutrition Services
Vestibular Therapy – Our therapy staff has complete training in treating patients with dizziness and other vestibular disorders.
Ultrasound Therapy – decreases pain, decreases inflammation, increases joint mobility and muscle flexibility.
