Locally owned and operated by Registered Nurses

We are a Naples based agency owned by two Registered Nurses with many years of home health experience.

Since we first opened in 2005, we have strived to better serve the Collier and Lee county areas.

Our staff utilizes an interdisciplinary team approach to care delivery. This ensures our patients obtain the highest care possible. Our team is made up of staff from our office, nursing, rehabilitation, social services, nutrition departments.

Our goals

AmeriCare is committed to providing all levels of home care service in collaboration with physicians, thus allowing patients to remain in their own homes in a least restrictive setting. We function as a liaison between our patients and the community resources available to meet their home health needs.

Our priority is to provide the most effective quality services to our patients using all restorative methods, tools and procedures to help patients return to their optimal level of independence.

Our purpose

We believe home health services are an essential part of the health delivery system. By providing continuing care to patients in their own homes, home health services minimize the effects of illness, accident, or disability.

We appreciate the intrinsic worth of aged, diseased, and/or disabled persons and are committed to the rehabilitation of these individuals within the structure of their home environments, allowing maximum contribution, independence, and retention of self-respect.

In providing care to individuals, we recognize that patients and families have inalienable rights to self-determination. They have the right to participate in planning for their care, to make decisions about their health care, and to maintain their independence as long as feasible.

We realize staff behavior, attitudes, knowledge, and understanding have an important influence on helping patients attain and maintain their optimum health.

When rehabilitation or recovery is not realistic, we commit to providing dying individuals with appropriate care and coordinated services, supporting their dignity and self-respect.
